Informal Neurotype Exploration

Are you wanting to explore if you might be Autistic without seeking a formal evaluation and diagnosis? I offer four hour-long sessions to explore your Autistic traits and see if your lived experiences match the lived experiences of an Autistic adult. This option does not provide you a formal diagnosis or report, but it can help support informal self-identification.
Neurodivergent-Affirming Individual Therapy
$250/session.
Ages 14+. 45-minute telehealth session. Specialties include neurodiversity-affirming therapy for Autism and ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and eating concerns.
